World of Warcraft-is there any point in makeing a horde shaman?
i want to make a horde shaman but im not sure if i should becuase everybody on the WoW forums are complaining and saying they suck. if i shouldent what class would be better? i like a good balance of PvP and PvE
The best reason to roll one is if you like the way they feel in play. Roll one and try to get it at least to 25 or so. You should get a reasonable idea from 20-30 if you dig the way they feel, play and interact with groups. If you don’t, then you just saved yourself a heap of time not leveling to 70 and THEN deciding you don’t like the class.
Resto Shaman are often left out of the “ouch shaman suck” argument, because they’re very strong healers in endgame PVE.
Elemental Shaman are very decent for burst-damage situations, and as such are formidable in Arenas.
Unfortunately, I’m not sure that you’ll find any class and spec that will work very effectively for both PVE and PVP. They’re completely different animals.
Shaman aren’t for everyone, but there’s still a strong number of day-1 shaman rollers who, despite many setbacks and flaws, just can’t and won’t give up playing their class.
Maybe you’ll find you’re one of them.
