How do you add a spell bar in world of warcraft?

Have you ever watched a youtube video of people on Wow who are like level 80’s and they have like four spell bars on the bottom and like three on the right how do they do it is it an addon or something because i can only get the one at the bottom please help

Yes, it is an addon. Normal interface only allows two bars on bottom and on the side. Get Dominos from cursegaming (google cursegaming, take first site link).

Set them up however you like.
