World Of Warcraft Map Levels
Map of World of Warcraft?
I’ve stopped playing WoW for about 3-4 months. So, I decide to get back playing. I updated my Addons (QuestHelper and Cartographer). I wanted to look at my Map but, I can’t zoom out to see the Continents and Territories? I only see on the map the Territory that I’m in. WTF!? Is it because of my addons or what?? Also I remember that I could highlight over a territory and it would give me the recommended level I should be at. But, that was gone as well. Somehow I believe that it could be my Cartographer addon that just needs some editing. Any answers are much obliged!
No worries man, its just your cartographer. If you open your map (m) the cartographer version of the map will come up, if you look towards the top of it, it will tell you what region you are in, and if you click on that it will bring down a drop-down menu and you can select where you want it to show you. Cartographer does still show you the recommended levels for each area, you just need to be in the continent mode (also able to be shown from the drop-down menu).
Personally I’m not a fan of Cartographer, I much rather prefer the actual wow map. If your using Cartographer so you can run a guide, that is the only time I find it to be actually warranted. Other then that I suggest you just run questhelper, and if you are using Cartographer for coordinates get the add-on TomTom. Questhelper shows waypoints on your map, so you don’t really need cartographer for that, and Cartographer shows the fully revealed map, which makes it kind of difficult if your trying to get the exploration achievements. Also, if your looking for recommended leveling areas, its only about a second more to alt + tab to thottbot and quickly look it up.
