Why is my world of warcraft account still suspended?

Ok I understand what I did and it is now 2 days after the date my suspension should have ended on…So why cant i play? and when will I be able to? Do I have to do anything? Please help.
what i see here is “if your account is under final review, the duration below is subject to change (up to permanent).” you were a naughty child and they are giving you a time out. is this your first suspension, or have there been others? it could be an outright ban. if this is the case you need to either move on, or start a new account.
