Gaming keyboard for World of Warcraft?

Does zBoard Gaming Keyboard make the controls in World of Warcraft much easier?

My wife has it and likes it – it’s got a bunch of shortcuts to do certain tasks. That said, I prefer my regular keyboard – zBoard removes a few keys (like printscreen), so she can’t map as many keys as I can.
