Why is Burning Crusade downloading so slowly?
I just upgraded my World of Warcraft account to the Burning Crusade free trial, and when I try to download Burning Crusade, it says it will take about 8 hours to download. I’ve tried everything suggested on Blizzard’s help pages- closing all other applications, opening ports on my firewall, and making sure the router is set correctly. Nothing works. Any ideas what could be wrong? I’m running Windows Vista.
Windows Vista couldvery well be your problem…
Joking aside (kinda…>_>) it could just be a HUGE amount of data. That, and it may be the type of internet connection you have, or processor, ect. Be sure your computer’s guts are up to date for optimum speed.
