In World of Warcraft, what is the difference between certain gems?
What is the difference between regular gems (Red, Yellow, and Blue) and other gems (Purple, Green, and Orange). To me, it seems like the other gems seem much better than the regular gems because they focuus on 2 stats rather than just one.

Purple, green, and orange give two stats instead of one. But i’m pretty sure the amount you get from it is less. Red, Yellow and blue, are probably when you just want one stat, like if you wanted to stack stamina, you’d get all of a certain color
