You can download the client directly from worldofwarcraft.com .
The CD keys that would be included with a WoW download would already be used; they are stored on the blizzard servers. Even if they weren’t, Blizzard would find out quickly and you’d be banned.
The torrent sites you mention all search and use the same trackers, so you’re going to find the exact same people on the download.
