What’s a good possible free alternative to World of Warcraft?
So i’ve never played wow just heard about it from some addicts and seen a few things about it online. I’m really intriqued to play it but I’m not about to start paying for a yearly subscription like I already do with my xbox. So I’m looking for an alternative, something that’s kinda got the same kind of following. If you’ve ever watched “the guild” on youtube I would like to get in with a guild of people like that, people that take the game they play seriously and are highly addicted. so I guess an addictive game would be a good quality in the game. I’ve seen ads before saying play such and such game it’s a free alternative for warcraft but i’ve never checked em out. I was hoping to find someone who has and know which ones are good and not. Thanks in advance.
Well I don’t know much about fantasy MMOs, other than the fact that Runes of Magic does require you to put some cash into it eventually if you want to really get ahead. I play Anarchy Online myself, a Sci-Fi MMO with a completely free option that offers the entire original game for free. The only reason you would need to pay a subscription is if you want to use any of the expansion packs. But AO is definitely the most bang for the lack of buck. (name’s Kyphus on server RK1 if you ever get into it)
