ya sorry you have to be lvl 40 to wear em but you only need a fishing level of 1. you generally get a prize if you hand in the fish within 2 hours, or that’s been my experience.
why dont you thottbot it? generally you get lots of good info thru that site. or wowwikki…wowhead…etc etc etc. ad nauseum…
