World of Warcraft players: I need help, Someone merged my account with Battle.Net?
Tried to login today only to find out that someone merged my account with battle.net. I can see my character online using a trial account, I checked my email address and there was an email saying that my account is merged with a battle.net account. It didn’t show the name of the battle.net account it was merged with, it was masked, i could only see one letter from it. I know i can send a webform to fix this i mean unmerge it but that can take 2 weeks. If i call them will they solve it right away? also the WoW account is eu, but i suspect that the battle.net account it was merged with is us, does this matter?
You’ll need to give Billing a call, first thing next business day. They’ll be able to unmerge the account and help secure it. After that, you’l probably have to contact Account Administration, as the people who stole the account would have gotten it banned.
