World Of Warcraft Guilds Websites

Guild Website Host… suggestions?

Ok first let me set this up…

bannani

I am a Guild Master in a game called World of Warcraft… World of Warcraft is an MMORPG and has a Clan/Guild feature in it…

Now many people who play Runescape or Club Penguin like to use Wordpress and Blogger for their websites… but I know that World of Warcraft Guild Websites have special hosts for them with Bank features (where you can download a mod that automatically updates ur bank), forums, guild member list, ranking order and list… plus… I do not want to spend a single penny on this

So… I am taking suggestions… what have you had the best experience with finding a Guild Host Website…

I want it to be Free, Easy to use and understand, practical… and have forums, and some useful tools in it too.

Now I know most people use Guild Portal, Guild Cafe, exc exc… I am familiar with them all.. but I want a GOOD REASON ! *GOOD REASON* on why you chose one.

Thanks

In the past I’ve always used Guild Portal. I’ve always found the site tools to be easy to use and the pages easy to customize. I think it’s a really good option if you aren’t extremely tech-savvy. In terms of features it’s got everything you’d want. In fairness though it’s the only guild page that I have any personal experience with as a GM/Officer.

At the moment the guild I’m in uses a web forum as our guild page. Our site uses http://www.phpbb.com/ which I have no experience with but our page works rather well and has features for scheduling/signing up for events, rosters, and all kinds of crap. We have a pretty large guild though (200+ unique members) and I’m almost positive that we have a web-designer that does our page so perhaps our page took additional work and know-how but either way it’s a site worth looking in to.
