World Of Warcraft Updates Folder
I need help with my burning crusade installation?
Ok so I waited six whole hours while the burning crusade has downloaded. I downloaded it to program data> blizzard. I already had a regular wow account which has been working fine (not a trial). It seemed to me like everything was working fine, it seemed to have downloaded correctly, it seemed to have installed correctly. I have already payed for and updated the account online. But when i click ‘play’ on the screen before the log in screen, then i get the following message:

ERROR #121 (0×85100079) Version Mismatch

DBFilesClient\Startup_Strings.dbc has wrong number of columns (found 19, expected 11)

How can I fix this? Should I re-download to a different folder? Is there a way to move it from one folder to another? Is there something else i can do?
I had that problem when I let my account lapse and uninstalled it. It is corrupted data during the download. Just delete it from your computer and download it again.
