World Of Warcraft Mouse Cursor

I’m on a 1200$ brand new laptop and my world of warcraft frame rate is maxing out at 12, why is this?

I have a Toshiba Satellite P205 Dual Core, 1.73GHz, 2gigs of Ram, Windows Vista, and playing world of warcraft, I get horrible frame rates. My video settings are ALL THE WAY down. All of them. Anything that says “disable to increase performance” is disabled. My maximum frame rate seems to be about 12 running on a 8mbps connection. When in Shattrath, its about 3-5, and Ironforge, 4-7…

Also, when I move my mouse around in WoW, the cursor cuts in and out rapidly, it kind of flashes…

For my graphics card it says Mobile Intel 945 express chipset.

Can anyone give me suggestions?

Its probably becuase your laptop is using the integrated intel video card. These video card’s weren’t meant for gaming at all…its kind of surprising the game even runs. if its new why don’t you return it and buy one that has a dedicated nvidia or ati graphics card. You won’t be able to upgrade the integrated card so I think you should get another laptop.
