im wanting to buy a gameing computer for world of warcraft cataclysm and have a budget want to buy a package deal but am not a computer techy

For WOW Cata on high settings you would have to spend at least $800 to be safe, though in raids you may still see less than 30FPS occasionally. Aim for AMD Phenom II processors or Intel i5 and above, video card – at least ATI 5670 or Nvidia GT 240 512MB GDDR5. Get 4GB DDR3 RAM , and the rest of the PC accordingly.
